Welcome! I started this blog because I love to craft. I dabble with scrap booking, and card making. I love bending, folding and tweaking paper. I try other crafts, too. I hope to share some projects with you.

Children ATC Swap

I recently joined a swap that had children as the theme. I have been sitting on this really cute silhouette of two little kids playing for quite some time. I got it for the little girl. I plan to use it as I scrapbook my granddaughter.

For the background I selected a scrapbook paper that looks like sand. I then tore another piece that is sparkling water and using a glue stick I sloppily glued it down. I wanted excess glue to hold embossing powder in place. I then embossed it with sapphire embossing powder using a heat gun. I then drew a small castle and covered it with sand. When I put it in place I realized that it was nearly impossible to see so I painted it. I cut the children with my Silhouette cutting machine and painted them the same color as the sand castle.

THESE ARE THE ATC'S THAT I RECEIVED

 Sandie Hamel

 Laureta Linett

  Donna Staton

Thank you ladies for your enchanting "Children" ATC's. I really love each and every one of these. I couldn't be happier with them. After I display them on my wall for awhile it will be a real pleasure to add them to my collection of ATC's.

Take Care
Kathy
